  • How long does the water-testing process take?

    The duration of the water-testing process varies depending on the scope of analysis required. For state-certified results, the typical turnaround time is 10-12 business days. However, bacterial testing can be completed with a certified report in 3 business days.

  • Can I collect my own samples?

    Sample collection must be performed by a certified laboratory sample technician to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Can I drop off samples?

    We do not accept sample drop-offs. Our certified laboratory sample technicians will visit your location to collect the samples, ensuring proper handling and chain of custody.
  • Do you install treatment?

    Our company does not provide treatment installation services. This policy is in place to maintain objectivity and avoid any potential conflicts of interest in our testing procedures.
  • What happens if something fails?

    In the event of a test failure, we recommend consulting with your attorney, especially if you're considering selling your property. Additionally, it's advisable to discuss specific parameters with a treatment specialist to determine appropriate next steps.
